Context

The Call4Solution – Marketing platform was developed to support a call for solutions promoted by Poste Italiane, with the aim of collecting innovative proposals for the Super App project. The challenge consists in designing a user experience that facilitates understanding of the brief and the timeline, guiding participants through an intuitive application flow suitable for a diverse audience of startups, tech teams, and professionals.

Visual

The visual design was developed in alignment with the call for solutions objective: to represent an agile, lean, and responsive app concept capable of working across all devices. The color palette uses the core and distinctive brand colors of Poste Italiane, ensuring recognizability and communication consistency. The graphic choices aim to convey modernity and accessibility, reinforcing the idea of a fluid and innovative digital ecosystem.

Platform

The web platform is designed with a simple, clear, and user-oriented UX, intuitively highlighting the process timeline and the key stages required to complete the application. The responsive design ensures a consistent and functional experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, with particular attention to content readability and clarity of steps. During development, modular components and a scalable structure were implemented, designed to adapt to future content updates or new calls for applications.

Accessibility

The platform is developed in accordance with WCAG guidelines, supporting text scaling, adjustable line spacing and kerning, ARIA labels, and navigation compatible with screen readers, ensuring inclusive and compliant usability.

Motion Design & Social Media

For the Call for Solutions communication, both static and animated social content were designed, with a strong focus on motion design, micro-animations, and informational carousels aimed at clearly and dynamically presenting the different stages of the call. The content, developed in line with Poste Italiane’s visual identity, helped make the communication more engaging, accessible, and immediately recognizable across different digital channels.

My takeaways

The project required continuous client support, aligning design and development decisions with the strategic objectives of the call for solutions. Despite tight deadlines, a clear and functional platform was delivered, capable of guiding the target audience through the application process without friction. This work strengthened my ability to translate business requirements into effective UX/UI solutions and to collaborate proactively with multidisciplinary teams.
