Complete proposal by Tree Srl for event management and communication on Rural Development in Umbria, with a focus on sustainability, visual design, and packaging.
Context
The project originated from the CSR 2024 tender for the management of communication services and event organization related to the EAFRD (European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development). The objective was to develop a proposal combining sustainability, innovation, and territorial engagement, including omnichannel strategies, interactive installations, and creative solutions to promote local products from Umbria, in line with Tree Srl’s mission in sustainable events and digital transformation.
Visual
The visual identity combines green elements, nature, and the Umbrian territory with tech and social communication elements, creating a cohesive identity across all touchpoints. The campaign concept, “Earth Mode: Ignite the Future, Support the Territory”, highlights both the rural and the innovative, digital dimensions, translating the project experience into graphics, motion design, social media content, and interactive materials.
Setup
The event was designed with desks, large-format prints, roll-ups, interactive totems, place cards, letterhead, and 3D simulations, creating an immersive environment consistent with the visual identity and capable of engaging participants in a dynamic and interactive way.
Materiali e Packaging
The packaging of Umbrian products (lentils, spelt, and olive oil) was developed using 3D simulations, while coordinated shopping bags, booklets, and folders ensure visual consistency. The promotional items include compostable notebooks and seed pencils, and digital content is supported by video snippets and social media post templates, integrating physical and digital communication into a coherent system.
My takeaways
Although the proposal was not selected, the project enabled the development of a complete and creative concept for a rural and nature-oriented theme. I fully explored visual and design freedom across visuals, installations, simulations, and packaging, experimenting with frugal, sustainable, and playful solutions, strengthening my skills in managing multidisciplinary projects integrating product, event, and digital experiences.
