3D Product Design, Motion Design, and Amazon Content Design for the promotion of Kingboss products.
Context
The project was developed during a professional experience at an Amazon Accelerator in Utrecht, Netherlands for the brand Kingboss, which specializes in portable energy solutions such as LiFePO4 batteries, power stations, and power supply systems for outdoor activities, camper vans, boating, and home backup applications. The objective was to create visual content for e-commerce, highlighting the products’ reliability, portability, and use in real-world scenarios.
The Product
The project involved the complete 3D modeling of Kingboss products and the creation of visual assets for Amazon and EBC (Enhanced Brand Content). In addition to technical renderings and packshots, 3D animated videos were produced to highlight the devices’ features, components, and functionality. The work was complemented by lifestyle videos and contextual imagery showing people using the products during outdoor activities, camping trips, camper van travel, and emergency situations, placing their everyday use into realistic scenarios.
My takeaways
This project allowed me to further explore the relationship between 3D product design, motion graphics, and e-commerce marketing. I had the opportunity to work not only on the technical representation of the products, but also on the creation of credible usage scenarios through lifestyle content. The experience strengthened my ability to transform complex technical features into clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented visuals that effectively communicate value to potential customers.
