UX/UI Design, branding, platform development, social media, and motion design for SkillYou, a training ecosystem dedicated to professional growth, recruitment, and career placement within the real estate and credit sectors.

SkillYou is an organization specialized in professional training, coaching, and consulting, focused on the real estate and credit sectors. The platform combines hands-on training, recruitment, and networking within an ecosystem designed to transform skills and potential into concrete career opportunities through personalized learning paths, workshops, events, and ongoing support.
Platform & Motion Design
Il progetto traduce l’identità di SkillYou in un ecosistema digitale contemporaneo, dinamico e fortemente orientato all’esperienza utente. L’approccio UX/UI è stato progettato per rendere immediata la fruizione di percorsi, eventi e contenuti formativi, attraverso una struttura modulare e facilmente navigabile. L’interfaccia combina una forte componente editoriale con elementi visuali ispirati al mondo education e community-driven, mantenendo un equilibrio tra autorevolezza professionale e linguaggio accessibile. Il Motion Design e le micro-animazioni supportano la navigazione e valorizzano il tono dinamico della piattaforma, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza più fluida, interattiva e coinvolgente.
Accessibility
The platform is developed in accordance with WCAG guidelines, supporting text scaling, adjustable line spacing and kerning, ARIA labels, and navigation compatible with screen readers, ensuring inclusive and compliant usability.
Motion Design & Social Media
The social media communication was developed with a trend-oriented and strongly narrative approach, creating content capable of showcasing both the human and professional side of the SkillYou community. The focus was placed on testimonials, growth paths, training moments, events, and motivational storytelling, using a fresh and contemporary visual language. The goal was to strengthen a sense of belonging and transform the brand into a recognizable reference point for those seeking training and concrete career opportunities.
