Unicredit - 3.0 Generation Hack

Visual Design, Motion Animation e Landing Page per l’Hackathon UniCredit 3.0 Generation Hack, con sviluppo di contenuti social coordinati.
Context
3.0 Generation Hack is an initiative developed by Opinno Italy in collaboration with UniCredit to engage university students and recent graduates in designing the bank of the future. The project promoted an open approach to innovation, inviting participants to develop ideas and solutions related to emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, metaverse, and new digital experiences, through a program of workshops, mentorship, and collaboration.
Motion Design e Remo
The visual identity was built around a palette based on purple and blue, chosen to create a contrast with the institutional UniCredit red while still incorporating accent colors connected to the brand. The graphic language, fresh and dynamic, draws inspiration from timelines and digital slideshows, with extensive use of vector elements and corporate subjects to balance institutional tone and appeal to a younger audience. In parallel, a series of applications was developed, including a layout for a Remo conference with roundtables and a main stage for an online webinar.
Platform
The Landing Page followed the same visual guidelines, translating them into a simple and intuitive UX/UI experience. The structure was designed to clearly guide users through content, information, and calls to action, ensuring accessibility and immediacy.
Accessibility
The platform is developed in accordance with WCAG guidelines, supporting text scaling, adjustable line spacing and kerning, ARIA labels, and navigation compatible with screen readers, ensuring inclusive and compliant usability.
My takeaways
The project represented my first direct experience with the hackathon format, offering the opportunity to manage a brand identity in a cross-channel context. The experience required design consistency and the ability to adapt the visual language across different touchpoints while maintaining a unified communication system.
