ETF Green Skills for the Future
2023
Visual design and event setup for ETF Green Skills for the Future, an international event series focused on sustainability, innovation, and green skills.
Context
ETF Green Skills for the Future is an international program by the European Training Foundation dedicated to the development of green skills required for the ecological transition. The events, both in-person and online, foster collaboration among institutions, training centers, and international stakeholders, promoting the growth of professionals equipped to address the challenges of the green economy.
Visual
The visual identity combines green and blue to symbolize sustainability and technology, and uses circular shapes to represent community, collaboration, and circularity. The design was created to function effectively across international contexts, establishing a clean, recognizable, and cohesive visual language across both digital and physical events, with clear communication of values related to innovation and a sustainable future.
Setup
For the event design, a 3D room simulation was created to define layouts, stage configurations, and supporting materials. This solution ensured consistency between the visual identity and physical spaces, optimizing the experience for both on-site audiences and online participants, with interaction flows, digital signage, and coordinated materials contributing to a complete and immersive experience.
My takeaways
The project strengthened my ability to manage international and multicultural events, coordinating with clients and international stakeholders. I reinforced my skills in creating a universal visual language capable of clearly communicating values related to sustainability, technology, and collaboration, adapting materials and content to different cultures and contexts while ensuring consistency and communication clarity throughout every stage of the project.
