Context
The platform is designed as a tool for personal development and upskilling, aimed at helping users track skills, career goals, and professional growth. The system integrates features dedicated to professional content creation, personal profile management, and access to educational resources. The objective is to provide a digital environment that supports users in developing their capabilities, facilitating the definition of professional objectives, monitoring progress, and accessing content that enables continuous improvement.
UX/UI Design
The project was developed with a UX/UI approach focused on clarity and personalization of the user experience. The design uses bright and fresh colors, with a fluid and dynamic visual language, aimed at making the platform intuitive and engaging. The user area represents the core of the experience, providing a comprehensive overview of goals, skills, activities, and growth suggestions, organized within a clear and easily navigable dashboard. The interface is designed to guide users through different sections dedicated to career paths, educational content, and skills development, while keeping their progress toward targets always visible.
My takeaways
This project allowed me to work on the design of a highly personalized digital experience, where each user can view different growth paths and specific outcomes based on their skills and goals. Despite the relatively small scale of the project, the experience was valuable in deepening my understanding of designing user-centered interfaces capable of adapting to diverse and highly personalized outcomes, with a strong focus on user experience quality.
