Attraverso attivit\u00e0 di formazione, brainstorming e confronto, l\u2019obiettivo era favorire un approccio pi\u00f9 work-life balanced, promuovendo inclusione, crescita professionale e partecipazione attiva all\u2019interno di una fase di trasformazione aziendale verso FiberCop. Motion Design e Social L\u2019approccio visivo ha mantenuto le forti guidelines del brand TIM, reinterpretandole attraverso un linguaggio pi\u00f9 umano e partecipativo. Motion graphics e contenuti social hanno introdotto un tono dinamico e contemporaneo, valorizzando il concetto di community, connessione e crescita condivisa.
